Common questions

A customer didn't get their confirmation email.

Ask them to check their spam folder. If it's still missing, email us the booking ID and we'll investigate delivery logs.

I need to change my business email or owner address.

Update it from Settings. If your login email changed, email us so we can update the account.

How do I cancel my account?

Email support@shinesuite.app from your account email and we'll take care of it. Export anything you want to keep first.
